Trade Marketing Expert (Customer Marketing Expert Mass Market)

Customer Marketing Expert:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

• Develop assortment guidelines per channel, monitor distribution targets execution
• Effectively communicate with sales team on a regular basis to implement assortment guidelines into customized promo plans.
• Support sales team with selling stories for the products and category overviews for the customers
• Work with Brand marketing to ensure translation of brand growth drivers and strategies into best-in-class shopper tools
• Lead the development and execution of the shopper marketing support in customers
• Work with Sales teams to provide tools that will address market gaps with opportunities and customer expectations in the most relevant and successful way
• Seek the most innovative and efficient shopper support tools through regular store checks, detailed category and brand analysis, and promotions from competitors and Haleon
• Lead multi-brand / cross functional projects to execute shopper projects
• Initiate shopper researches to close gaps in shopper and channels understanding. Translate insights into actions.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years’ in a consumer\shopper marketing position
• FCMG category experience
• Experience working directly with customers to deliver business plans
• Advance Excel user
• Strong analytical skills
• Strategic & creative thinker

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or Finance
• Previous sales experience
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong commercial and financial understanding
• Ability to analyze data and problem solve
• Project management skills

• Ability to proactively identify business opportunities
