Administrative and HR specialist

Responsibilities:
1. Office management:
• Administrative support of the office;
• Coordination of IT issues for office maintenance.
2. Secretary:
• Professional translation of texts from English to Russian and from Russian to English;
• Notarization of documents;
• Receiving and sending correspondence, maintaining an internal register;
• Coordination of meetings and appointments, keeping MoMs;
3. Travel management:
• Organizing business trips for employees of the company (booking tickets, hotels, transportation services);
• Preparing reports on business trips;
• Ensuring compliance with corporate standards and policies on business trips;
• Visa support, interaction with migration services.
4. HR:
• Maintaining personnel records and documentation (vacation, business trips);
• Support for recruiting, onboarding and adaptation processes for new employees.
5. Internal and external communication:
• Updating information about the company on the company's internal and external resources;
• Administration of internal chats.
6. Occupational health and safety
• Conducting employee safety and health briefings;
• Interaction with inspection bodies;
• Organization and implementation of necessary safety measures.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience as an assistant / secretary to a manager/administrative/HR specialist for at least 3 years;
- Responsibility, attentiveness;
- English – fluent written and spoken;
- Knowledge of business correspondence and communication;
- Confident PC user, Microsoft office (word, excel, power point).
