Brand Manager
IDS Borjomi Kazakhstan is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as Brand Manager for New and Central Asian Markets. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our company.
Role Overview: The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive business objectives across New and Central Asian markets. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to design and implement impactful brand campaigns, conduct market analyses, and monitor performance to ensure sustained growth and success.

Job Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
Define and analyze target audiences to create impactful positioning and messaging plans.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing campaigns to ensure timely execution and adherence to brand guidelines.
Market and Data Analysis:
Evaluate sales performance to identify growth opportunities and address areas requiring improvement.
Translate Nielsen market data into actionable insights for internal teams and stakeholders.
Prepare detailed management reports, such as Nielsen-to-Sales team dashboards, to inform strategic decision-making.
Track and analyze UZ/AZ retail audit data manually, providing reports and actionable insights.
Monitor competitor activities, campaigns, and pricing strategies to identify market trends and opportunities for differentiation.
Conduct consumer research to uncover preferences, buying patterns, and emerging trends to support campaign development.
Website Management:
Adapt and localize global content for the local market, ensuring alignment with cultural and linguistic nuances.
Maintain website content accuracy and ensure it aligns with brand tone and communication standards.
Social Media Management (SMM):
Develop monthly content plans for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and messaging.
Coordinate with the Central Office for feedback and approval to maintain consistency across regions.
Administrative and Operational Support:
Manage the signing of NDAs with agencies across Central Asia.
Prepare professional presentations, reports, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate and review contracts with agencies, vendors, and partners, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.
Monitor marketing budgets, ensuring timely processing of payments to vendors and agencies to avoid campaign delays.
Organize logistical tasks, including the shipment of marketing materials, Borjomi product deliveries for influencers and partners, and coordinating with vendors for timely distribution of promotional items.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
Key Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
