Finance Business Partner/FP&A

We are looking for FP&A with Finance Business Partner function to join our Finance team and support AliExpress business in Russia&CIS.

What you will do:

• Prepare financial reports, track business financial performance, perform related financial analysis, calculate business cases
• Prepare financial forecast, support monthly closing procedures, including
• validation of accruals
• Assist in the preparation of the operational budget
• Support various ad hoc projects and analysis on a regular basis in assigned area
• Analyze processes and data, initiate change initiatives to improve the process and data quality;

Requirements:

• 4+ years of working experience within Finance/Audit/FP&A/Accounting function
• Understanding of P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow
• Strong Excel skills
• English language level intermediate and higher
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to deliver high levels of customer service (for internal clients)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
• Ability to execute and follow-through to completion
• Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education

Would be an advantage:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• CIMA/ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in financial modeling
• Understanding of marketplace business model
