Investment Manager
We are looking for an experienced Investment Manager to undertake due diligence, financial research, modeling and report on prospective investment avenues. The successful candidate will study how an investment is likely to perform and how sustainable it is. You will participate in our sound investment management strategy by providing the necessary data for the decision-making process. You will work with financial models, statements, company accounts and sector data. You will also need to understand wider business information such as relevant economic data and political events to provide an insight into financial trends. You will research and appraise companies across various sectors. This full-time position is available on site in Tashkent city.
Responsibilities:
- support the Investment Division through analysis and research
- source and analyze relevant information on target companies in line with the corporate investment strategy and guidelines
- conduct due diligence on target companies and industries by researching and analyzing financial statements and market data
- coordinate meetings between our company and potential target companies
- keep portfolio and financial data up to date
- analyze financial information relating to specific companies, e.g. company results, profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements to determine how an organization is positioned to deliver for investors
- carry out financial modelling and projection
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong financial and management modeling skills
- CFA, FMVA, ACCA Charter holders/Candidates will have a significant advantage
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word program skills
