Lead Investment Specialist
•Deal Sourcing: Actively source potential investment opportunities by networking, conducting market research, and maintaining relationships with intermediaries such as investment professionals and business owners.
•Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investment targets, including financial analysis, market research, competitive analysis, and assessment of management teams.
•Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze investment opportunities, including revenue projections, cash flow analysis, and valuation models.
•Investment Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities based on risk-return profiles, strategic fit with the AUIC's investment criteria, and potential for value creation.
•Transaction Execution: Assist in the execution of investment transactions, including conducting negotiations, structuring deals, coordinating legal and financial due diligence, and managing the closing process.
•Portfolio Management: Support the management and monitoring of portfolio companies post-investment, including financial performance tracking, strategic planning, and value enhancement initiatives.
•Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact investment decisions or portfolio companies.
•Shareholder Relations: Assist in communicating with the shareholders, including preparing shareholder presentations, responding to inquiries, and providing updates on investment performance.
•Reporting: Prepare internal reports and presentations for senior management and investment committees summarizing investment opportunities, due diligence findings, and portfolio performance.
•Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across different functions, including investment professionals, legal advisors, and finance professionals, to support the overall investment process.
•Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the investment process.
Requirements:
•fluent in English, Russian and Uzbek.
