Responsibilities: - Seeking financing channels: Actively seek and connect with potential financing parties such as banks and investment institutions, and establish good cooperative relationships.
- Develop financing plan: Based on the actual needs of the enterprise and market conditions, develop feasible financing plans, including financing amount, financing method, financing period, etc.
- Prepare financing materials: Prepare complete financing application materials, including project feasibility reports, financial statements, etc., to demonstrate the strength and development prospects of the enterprise to the financing party.
- Conducting financing negotiations: Representing the enterprise to negotiate with financing parties and strive for the best financing conditions.
- Tracking financing progress: Track the progress of financing projects to ensure smooth completion of financing.
- Have financing experience of more than 3 years
- Excellent english ability
- Know basic financial knowledge
