HR Generalist
A global leader in app management solutions is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to drive key initiatives in HR Operations and HR Business Partnering.
This company provides an all-in-one platform for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing app performance, helping businesses boost app visibility, increase user engagement, and achieve sustainable growth. With a remote-first team of 60 people across Serbia, Georgia, Finland, Brazil, and beyond.
The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in enhancing HR processes, employee engagement, and recruitment efforts. This hands-on position requires a blend of operational excellence and strategic thinking to support team satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, implementing initiatives to boost employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Align people strategies with business objectives, influencing key performance metrics like ARR per Employee.
- Oversee HR systems and drive process unification and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and global HR standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to simplify and optimize HR operations.
- Lead targeted hiring efforts, focusing on engineering, sales, and marketing roles.
- Cultivate a culture of trust, collaboration, and effective communication in a remote-first environment.
- Address employee concerns and partner with leadership to create a positive workplace experience.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 3+ years as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar role, ideally in startups or fast-growing organizations.
- Skills: Demonstrated expertise in HR operations and systems management with a hands-on approach. Proven success in process optimization and aligning HR strategies with business goals.
- Location & Time Zone: Must be based in Europe and work comfortably within the Helsinki time zone.
Compensation and Benefits
- Vacation: 25 working days of paid holiday annually.
- Health Insurance: Worldwide coverage after the probation period.
- Sick Leave: Up to 30 days per year, fully paid.
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 working hours per day, plus a 1-hour lunch break. Aligned with European time zones, fully remote.
- Home Office Support: One-time payment of €250 after probation for equipment.
- Remote Work Bonus: €50 per month.
