Senior User Acquisition Manager

We are going to set more and more goals, so we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager who will work together with our experienced Marketing team. You will help to make our current AI-powered mobile apps even more successful.
What you will do:
- Develop and launch promotional campaigns for our iOS and Android applications on Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Adwords, Apple Search Ads, etc. We provide substantial funds and diverse products (from utilities to mobile games);
- Communicate with key partners. For us, Google, Apple, and Facebook are not just famous brands; they are people we communicate with every day to achieve our goals and solve complicated problems;
- Communicate with the Product Team;
- Cooperate with the Creative Team. Together, you will develop and test creatives: come up with ideas, propose hypotheses, monitor implementation, and give feedback;
- Analyze promotion activities and optimize campaigns according to the established KPIs.
What you should have:
- Experience buying traffic for mobile apps (iOS, Android) and understanding of SKAN purchasing principles;
- Experience working with analytics and MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, Firebase, etc.);
- Experience with the main sources of mobile purchasing (Google Ads, Facebook, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, etc.);
- Experience with web-landings and web-to-app purchases;
- Proficiency in Excel and summary spreadsheets, ability to work with large amounts of data, and multi-tasking;
- English at Intermediate level or higher;
- Experience working with substantial funds;
- Experience in launching projects from scratch.
