Trainee in commercial department (E-commerce D2C)
Responsibilities:
- Fulfillment of the company's commercial goals:
Assistance in the implementation of shipments to the operating partner, the introduction of shipping prices into the system, the search for goods)
Assistance in working on sales to end customers (checking prices on brandshops + sites of other distribution channels)
Assistance in preparing a forecast of shipments and the need for goods with a horizon of 12 months (preparation of the necessary information for analytics of demand)
- Monitoring the business performance of the partner:
Assistance in inventory management of online stores
Assistance in monitoring the turnover of goods in the partner's warehouse
- Formation of assortment policy:
Regular updating of the assortment on the websites of branded online stores
Monitoring the site for outdated irrelevant product cards
- Coordination of internal and external document flow with partners:
Assistance in working with the internal document system Directum
- Reporting
Preparing and conducting presentations on the work done (in Russian and English)
Requirments:
- Excel & PPT: Advanced User
- English - Upper - Intermediate and higher;
- Analytical skills;
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Critical thinking and analysis, ability to work independently;
- Proactivity, initiative;
- Multitasking and exceptional attention to details.
