We are looking for a result-driven Recruiting Team Leader to help us grow our headcount and improve the hiring strategy at sourcing talents around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and recruiting influencer managers for collaboration with the agency’s brands and campaigns.
- Managing the recruitment process: overseeing the full recruitment cycle (from sourcing candidates to onboarding).
- Coordinating the recruitment team: distributing tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies.
- Communication with top management: providing regular reports on recruitment progress, aligning priorities, and discussing requirements for new hires.
- Analyzing and optimizing recruitment processes: improving the quality and speed of hiring.
- Creating and implementing recruitment strategies: utilizing modern methods and tools to attract top talent.
- Employer branding: enhancing the agency’s image as an attractive place to work.
- Team management: coaching and developing team members, monitoring KPIs, and creating opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years in digital marketing recruitment, including 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent command in written and spoken English (B2 +) to hire talents from anywhere in the world
- Strong knowledge in sourcing influencer managers and understanding the specifics of working with them.
- Leadership skills: ability to effectively manage a team, develop and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to build relationships with both the team and candidates, as well as with top management.
- Analytical mindset: ability to analyze the job market and adapt strategies to modern demands.
- Experience with CRM systems and other recruitment tools.
