Job description
Translating brand strategy into the brand plan and go-to-market strategy
Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online, and
social media
Design promo campaigns for key product categories
Price positioning and assortment analytics, benchmark for key product categories
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns
Guiding the Advertising & Promotion budget
Increasing product sales and market share
Overseeing social media accounts and ensure brand consistency
Synchronizing brand plans with trade marketing initiatives and managing launches
across all touch points and various stages of development
Working with agency partners media/ digital as a part of brand marketing team
Conducting meetings with clients
Requirements:
Significant previous work experience in Brand Management in Retail or FMCG
companies. Fluent level of English allows you to effectively communicate at all levels,
knowledge of Kazakh language is a good asset.
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices

Expert knowledge about marketing and related subjects (advertising, market research,
