Наш ИИ продукт вышел из реального бизнеса и уже имеет traction. R&D которого мы ищем, по сути возглавит в дальнейшем это направление т к как Вы уже знаете, ИИ не спит и постоянно улучшается. Необходимо следить за всеми апдейтами и своевременно интегрировать их в продукт.

AI R&D Engineer

We seek an experienced AI Research Engineer to join our team and drive innovation in our multi-agent systems and analytics frameworks. This role combines cutting-edge research with practical implementation, focusing on advancing our platform’s capabilities in areas such as LLM reasoning, multi-agent collaboration, and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead research initiatives in multi-agent AI systems and their applications in analytics

• Stay current with latest developments in AI, particularly in areas of multi-agent frameworks, LLMs, and analytics

• Design and implement proof-of-concept solutions using emerging AI technologies

• Improve our platform’s capabilities in LLM chain of thoughts and reasoning visualization

• Collaborate with the development team to integrate research findings into our product

• Evaluate new AI technologies and frameworks for potential integration into our platform

• Develop innovative solutions for complex analytical problems using AI/ML approaches

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field

• Strong research background in multi-agent systems, distributed AI, or similar areas

• Extensive experience with Python and major AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

• Proven track record of implementing AI research in practical applications

• Experience with LLMs and modern AI architectures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with analytics platforms and business intelligence solutions

• Familiarity with visualization tools and frameworks

• Knowledge of graph analytics and network analysis

• Experience with Apache Spark or similar distributed computing frameworks

Technical Skills

• Programming Languages: Python

• AI/ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers

• Analytics Tools: Apache Spark, Pandas, Dask

• Visualization: D3.js, Plotly, Matplotlib

• Database Systems: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Neo4j

• Cloud Platforms: Experience with major cloud providers
