Product Evangelist Engineer - AI Solutions in Education

We are looking for a Product Evangelist Engineer to drive the development and demonstration of AI-driven solutions that enhance our educational platform. This role will focus on building innovative demonstrations and workflows to showcase the power of AI in delivering engaging and effective educational experiences. You will work closely with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and Content, to align technical solutions with the needs of the company and its educational goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop AI Demonstrations and Solutions: Build and document AI-powered solutions and demos tailored to address specific needs of Novakid’s teams, focusing on applications that improve educational outcomes and operational efficiencies.

Collaborate with Product and Development Teams: Work closely with product managers, software developers, customer support and content creator teams to integrate AI-based features into the Novakid platform, ensuring seamless functionality and ease of use.

Support Internal Use Cases: Develop targeted AI workflows and prototypes that empower internal teams to explore, validate, and refine AI features for the platform, helping to bridge the gap between conceptual ideas and practical implementation.

Champion AI Innovations: Advocate for the adoption and application of cutting-edge AI technologies within Novakid, focusing on the educational potential and operational benefits.

Provide Technical Guidance: Offer technical expertise to various internal stakeholders, assisting them in understanding and utilising AI-driven capabilities effectively.

Contribute to Internal Feedback Loops: Act as a liaison between internal teams and development, gathering insights and usability feedback to inform ongoing product refinement and innovation.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience with a strong foundation in NLP and LLM applications.

5+ years of relevant experience in software development or technical evangelism, preferably at a technology or educational company.

1+ year of experience with machine learning and deep learning technologies.

Experience creating and presenting technical content and demonstrations for internal stakeholders.

Strong written and demo development skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal teams.

Practical knowledge of AI frameworks and deployment practices.

Exceptional time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives.

A passion for education and an ability to articulate AI solutions in a compelling and clear manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with developing AI solutions for educational contexts or platforms.

Familiarity with managed AI services and commercial platforms for AI deployment.

Experience building and optimising AI solutions with a focus on enhancing educational outcomes.
