Your responsibilities:

Content planning and management: Develop and manage comprehensive content plans, set clear goals, and ensure deadlines are met effectively.

Team coordination: Assign tasks, monitor progress, provide feedback, and drive team performance to meet project timelines.

Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a team liaison, including support, product, and development, to align content initiatives with business goals.

Content quality assurance: Maintain high standards by reviewing deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Project documentation: Organize and manage project records while preparing detailed progress reports.

Content lifecycle management: Oversee content creation, publication, updates, and regular reviews to ensure relevance and value.

Tool proficiency and usage: Leverage tools like Asana, Google Docs, Kommo CRM, and others to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
Our expectations:

Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate across teams.

Strong organizational skills: Expertise in prioritizing tasks, managing workflows, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Good English proficiency: Minimum B1-B2 level, with good grammar and writing skills. Additional language proficiency, such as Spanish, Portuguese or Indonesian, is a plus.

Fast adaptability: Comfortable navigating shifting priorities, adopting new tools, and providing feedback.
