Digital Marketing Manager/Sr. Specialist (temporary contract)

Our client - big company is looking for a self-organized and proactive professional to be a Digital Marketing Manager/Sr. Specialist - temporary contract, 1 year

Responsibilities:

• Project management of content creation, localization and publishing on several web-platforms;
• Content managers and coders Team management;
• Web-content publishing and administration website;
• Generate new ideas that grow CR and improve customer experience;
• Effectively utilize the established analytical systems and monitor on a regular basis the effectiveness of web site marketing funnels. Propose and test the hypotheses for improving such funnels using the HADI cycle principles to achieve business goals;
• Design, execute and evaluate A/B tests, UX tests;
• Personalize user experience;
• Implementation of D2C tools;
• Global rollouts setup, communication with Head Quarters;
• Drive organic traffic to the site along with SEO manager;
• Consulting with internal stakeholders to determine the website's desired appearance and functionalities;
• Leading the web site project team (developer, ux designer, analytic, seo manager, content managers);
• Developing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces, and performing SEO procedures;
• Integrating widgets and adding plugins;
• Troubleshooting and testing prototypes, as well as monitoring the live deployment of the product;
• Code checks to optimize website performance;
• On time project delivering and meeting site KPIs;
• Improving website development processes and procedures;
• Preparing project progress updates for senior executives and performing website demonstrations.

Requirements:

• Basic HTML, JS knowledge;
• Experience in web-publishing and working with CMS;
• High responsibility and Team player;
• Work following the strong guidelines and HQ requests;
• English language knowledge level – strong intermediate;
• Basic Photoshop/Figma experience is preferable.
