Data Analyst-Cash Loans

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst who will transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data analysis, reporting, and visualization and have experience in converting complex JSON data into readable Excel formats for operational use.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Analysis:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Use statistical methods to provide data-driven recommendations that support business decisions.
• Collaborate with different teams to define and track metrics.

JSON to Excel Conversion:

• Convert complex JSON files into readable and user-friendly Excel formats.
• Ensure that data extracted from JSON files is structured, accurate, and appropriately formatted for reporting purposes.
• Automate the process of converting JSON files to Excel where possible.

Data Reporting & Visualization:

• Create detailed reports and dashboards to present data insights to stakeholders across the organization.
• Use visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, or Google Data Studio to communicate findings effectively.
• Ensure clarity and accuracy in all data presentations.

Data Cleaning & Preparation:

• Clean, organize, and prepare raw data from various sources for analysis.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of data by identifying and correcting data integrity issues.
• Manage data integration from different internal and external sources.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Work closely with teams in Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to address their data needs and provide insightful analysis.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and to streamline data workflows.
• Actively contribute to data strategy discussions and improvements in data processes.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay current with the latest data analysis, reporting techniques, and industry best practices.
• Propose and implement process improvements for more efficient data handling and reporting.
• Identify and automate repetitive data tasks for enhanced productivity.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is not required
• 1-2 years of experience in data analytics or a related role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R).
• Strong experience in converting JSON files into Excel and preparing them for analysis and reporting.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Knowledge of data modeling, statistical methods, and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with data warehouses, relational databases, and ETL processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
