Data Analyst at HONOR Uzbekistan

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily Report Preparation: Create and analyze daily sales reports for the promoter team, providing timely data and recommendations to the FF Manager.
• Store Registration: Register new stores in the unique HONOR system, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information.
• Payroll Data: Prepare data for calculating promoter salaries, including collecting and verifying information.
• Bonus Calculation: Determine and calculate bonuses for salespeople based on their performance and established KPIs.
• Branded Furniture System Management: Collaborate with the Retail Marketing Manager for systematic tracking of branded furniture and maintaining its accuracy in the system.
• ROI Calculation: Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and events by calculating the return on investment (ROI).
• Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis, identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations for process improvement and increased efficiency.
• System Support: Ensure the correct operation and accuracy of all data in retail-related systems.
• FF Team Communication: Maintain close communication with both office and field staff of the FF team to obtain up-to-date information and ensure alignment of actions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Knowledge of data analysis methods and tools, with the ability to handle large volumes of information.
• High level of attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work with details.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in retail or related fields is advantageous.
