Head of BI DevOps

As the B-2 Head of BI DevOps you will oversee a team of 4 colleagues (expected to increase in the future) working on developing and maintaining the smooth operation of complex databases. Your main task is to manage and participate in the developments of our BI products, support data provision and data quality improvement processes in a supportive environment.

Key accountabilities:

• Development of self-service BI solutions
• Development and maintenance of databases, ability to manage DWH
• OLAP data cube development, maintenance and bug fixing
• Participation in the development and implementation of the Group level controlling methodologies, creating best practices
• Efficient cooperation and communication with the finance teams and business units across OTP Group

Requirements:

• Relevant University/College degree (Informatics or Economics field)
• Professional knowledge of MsSQL, creating Transact-SQL queries and Stored Procedures
• Relevant working experience (SQL databases, OLAP cubes, Python, PowerQuery, PowerBI)
• Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services - ETL processes
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, ability to work with databases
• Project management skills
• Ability of structured thinking
• Open minded for new technologies and practice (e.g. Microsoft Azure Cloud Solutions)
• At least upper intermediate (B2) level of English (both written and oral)

Advantages:

• Experience in IT development or business/financial modeling
• Experienced with Analysis Services Tabular modelling
• Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (SQL 2016 Database Development or SQL 2016 BI Development)
• Microsoft Certified Solution Expert (Data Management and Analytics)
• Fluency in English
• Interest in Finance and Banking
