MISSION:

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, provide timely and meaningful financial analysis, and develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Financial modelling of 400+ stores business chain;
• Extensive involvement into B2B / Franchise business processes;
• Accounts receivable / Cash management;
• Using accrual / full disclosure principle;
• Standardization of business processes / procedures using BPMN tools;
• Various ad-hock, simulations and profitability analysis;
• Improving analytical tools and further automatization of reports;
• Monthly work in progress (WIP) schedule preparation and analysis, including interaction with; operations personnel.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2+ years of overall finance experience;
• Strong skills of MS Excel (incl. Power Query) and PowerPoint. M / DAX / SQL as advantage;
• Strong knowledge of accounting & management accounting principles and practices;
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Understanding of risk management and internal control procedures;
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices as advantage;
• Proficiency with accounting systems, 1C / SAP;
• ACCA / CIMA certification preferred.
