Business Account Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture long-term solid relationships with clients and key people on the client’s side
- Understand client business specifics and how it operates In collaboration with the team and client’s key people, identify the potential issues and problems the client business is facing to propose solutions to solve them
- Create the client’s development plan and strategy
- Be responsible for general client satisfaction and growth in close collaboration with the Sportsbook platform team
- Resolve ongoing issues and problems
- Forecast and track key projects metrics
Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian and English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication, negotiation and team collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and how the significant processes function
- 2+ years in account management and/or customer success management
- Knowledge of the sports and betting industry
- Previous experience with creating and implementing strong relationships with clients.
