As the Paid Marketing Lead at Nodemaven(Saas), you’ll take on a pivotal independent role, tasked with launching and managing a paid marketing channel from scratch. You’ll drive our marketing efforts, promoting high-quality proxy services in a dynamic startup environment. If successful, you’ll have the opportunity to grow the team and expand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently launch and manage paid marketing channels to boost traffic and conversions.
- Set objectives, KPIs, and report on results.
- Develop and execute key hypotheses and experiments to achieve goals.
- Analyze data, provide insights, and optimize strategies.
- Scale the marketing team as business milestones are met.
- -Innovate and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced startup.
Requirements
- 2+ years of marketing experience.
- Proven success in driving revenue and conversion rates.
- Experience in at least one paid marketing channel (PPC, media buying, or influencer marketing).
- Strong communication skills, C1-level English proficiency.
- Hands-on approach in launching and managing marketing channels independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a startup environment.
