Paid Marketing Lead

As the Paid Marketing Lead at Nodemaven(Saas), you’ll take on a pivotal independent role, tasked with launching and managing a paid marketing channel from scratch. You’ll drive our marketing efforts, promoting high-quality proxy services in a dynamic startup environment. If successful, you’ll have the opportunity to grow the team and expand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently launch and manage paid marketing channels to boost traffic and conversions.
• Set objectives, KPIs, and report on results.
• Develop and execute key hypotheses and experiments to achieve goals.
• Analyze data, provide insights, and optimize strategies.
• Scale the marketing team as business milestones are met.
• -Innovate and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced startup.

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing experience.
• Proven success in driving revenue and conversion rates.
• Experience in at least one paid marketing channel (PPC, media buying, or influencer marketing).
• Strong communication skills, C1-level English proficiency.
• Hands-on approach in launching and managing marketing channels independently.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a startup environment.
