Technical Team Lead / Head of Development

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Team Lead / Head of Development oversee and optimize the technical departments' operations. This is a full-time role focused on ensuring technological excellence and transparency for the CEO while driving innovation across our development and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

• 50% coding and 50% management (7+ person team).
• Our main focus is a rapid hypothesis testing.
• Reduce time-to-market for products through low-code and no-code AI services (replit, bolt, cursor).
• Oversee and evaluate the performance of Full Stack (React.js, Node.js, Redux, Next.js, Nest.js), Machine Learning, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Select optimal tools, frameworks, and libraries to enhance development processes.
• Monitor and validate the speed and quality of the teams’ deliverables.
• Optimize workflows across departments to improve efficiency and output.
• Identify and implement emerging technologies that align with business objectives.
• Ensure transparent reporting and communication of technical progress to the CEO.
• Collaborate with team leads to troubleshoot bottlenecks and improve team performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, CTO, Technical Director, or senior engineering leader in SaaS or tech environments.
• Expertise in full-stack development (React.js, Node.js, Next.js, etc.), DevOps tools, and QA processes. OR backend experience with deep frontend understanding.
• Experience in hypothesis testing and rapid feature and product deployment.
• Strong understanding of architecture design and modern software development practices.
• Track record of implementing innovative solutions and optimizing technical workflows.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical review and problem-solving.

• Preferably ML experience
• AI Video related experience
