What you’ll do:

• Plan features development

• Monitor and control development at all stages of production

• Organize work within the mini-team, conduct people management

• Develop and improve processes

What you need to succeed:

• Ability to be fully immersed and self-directed

• Love of ability of attentively working with large amounts of documentation

• Mobile game or app development project manager experience for small teams

• Excellent skills with communication, listening, and negotiation
