What you’ll do:

Produce content for a multiplayer game

Shape and maintain the content structure of the game

Build core progression and manage the game's economy

Collaborate with the team to implement features from vision to final product

Participate in playtesting of game features and forming development plans
What you need to succeed:

At least 5 years in the industry

Availability of released projects
-
Teamwork skills with various specialists
-
Understanding of the game market and knowledge of game mechanics in multiplayer projects

Understanding of product metrics, product analytics
-
Experience in product optimization
-
Experience implementing retention and monetization mechanics

Experience with experimentation and an iterative approach to development

Skills working with the technical tools required to produce content and build game balance
