What you’ll do:

• Legally support the activities for our group of companies

• Conduct legal analysis

• Introduce amendments into documents

• Generate new draft contracts

• Develop and analyze contractual relations schemes

• Participate in negotiations, prepare disagreements protocols

• Handle contracts: delivery, services, loans, leases, NDAs, partnerships, advertising, sponsorships, organization of events, licensing, publishing, alienation of exclusive rights, and so on

• Give legal opinions on issues as requested by company management

• Verify legal compliance of advertising materials

• Advise on personal data protection

• Create user agreements, privacy policies, consent forms for the processing of personal data in relation to the company's internet resources

• Handle complaints and requests from government agencies

What you need to succeed:

• Law degree

• 3+ years work experience preferably in e-commerce, information technology, or Internet media, or internet advertising, personal data protection, intellectual property

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver professional results under pressure and within deadlines

• Business-oriented approach
