Ticketing and Business Travel Manager

What you will do:

• Organise both business and personal travel for clients, including flight, hotel, transfer, VIP lounge bookings, and other specialised services.
• Issue, reissue, refund, and exchange tickets through GDS systems.
• Нandle bookings, event reservations, and other client services.
• Maintain records and manage primary documentation related to travel bookings.
• Ensure a high level of client service and handle requests promptly and efficiently.

What it takes to be a Ticketing and Business Travel Manager at Perfect.Live:

• Fluency in spoken and written Russian and English language.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the business travel industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in airline ticket booking.
• Required proficiency in GDS systems: Sirena, Sabre, Amadeus, and Smart Ticketing, knowledge of Corteos is an advantage (experience with booking/ticket issuance, handling refunds and exchanges, and arranging additional services).
• Knowledge of airline ticket refund rules for both voluntary and involuntary cancellations.
• Versatile skill set (in addition to flight bookings, includes hotel reservations, transfers, VIP lounges, and other related services).
• Familiarity with business communication protocols and basic business etiquette.
• Completed courses in airline ticket booking systems.
• Experience working with corporate clients is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, courteous, and responsible professional
