Junior Product Manager

Due to the expansion of the business, a vacancy for a Junior Product Manager is currently open. Junior Product Manager will be required to take overall responsibility for a limited number of internal and external small to medium sized projects in Washing machines and Dryers business.

Responsibilities:

1. Product launch support: assisting to a superior in the planning and execution of product launches, including developing marketing collateral, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and providing any supportive information to any customer-facing teams.
2. Product documentation: creating and maintaining product documentation, such as user guides, release notes, and mobile app documentation, to ensure clear and comprehensive information is available for internal teams and customers/consumers.
3. Product related requirements gathering: collaborating with sales and marketing teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
4. Product life-cycle maintenance: supporting a superior with working processes in regards with sales flow, such as price formation, price lists and promo calendar maintenance, training materials collections and sharing, reports creation and sharing by requests of top-management etc.
5. Competitive analysis: conducting competitive analysis to stay informed about market trends, industry innovations, and competitor strategies.
6. Market research: conducting research to understand market trends, and competitive landscape.

Qualification and skills:

1. Strong interest in technologies and product management.
2. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
4. Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of product management.
5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Related job experience: 1-3 years (MDA background is welcome).
7. English level: intermediate(B1) and higher.
8. Microsoft office: Excel & Power Point on a confident level.
