Channel Account Manager / Partner Account Manager (SaaS Telecom Platform Vendor)

We are looking for a Channel Account Manager to manage the implementation of our platform with telecom operators after fundamental agreements are reached. You will oversee the technical deployment, guide operators through the process of platform rollout, and drive post-launch sales growth. Marketing knowledge will be highly beneficial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the platform rollout and deployment once a partnership agreement with telecom operators is in place.

• Lead the technical implementation of the platform, working closely with operator teams to ensure successful integration.

• Provide ongoing support to partners, including training and sales enablement, to help them leverage the platform effectively.

• Drive additional sales growth post-launch, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the operator.

• Collaborate with telecom operator clients to maximize platform value and ensure long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in telecom sales, account management, or related roles, preferably in a SaaS or vendor environment.

• General knowledge of hosting and IT systems; deep technical expertise is not required.

• Experience with telecom billing systems and telephony (API, SIP) is advantageous.

• Understanding of marketing and B2B product economics, with basic marketing and online advertising skills.

• Proven experience managing IT projects in large organizations is a plus.

• Fluent in English and Russian, with strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and presentation tools.
