Finance Department Intern

Job Description:
Intern in Intercompany area helps to deliver great results in quality of accounting and control in intercompany operations for Central Eurasia region. He/She should help to support control and communications with other Mars units to ensure no imbalances and timely operations for AP/AR according with GAAP principles. Actively participates and contributes to timely and correct period close and all standards according with Global and Legal requirements.

What are we looking for?
• 3-4 year of obtaining University degree, preferably in Economics/Finance/ Accounting
• Fluent English (Upper intermediate level)
• Fluent Russian/ Kazakh
• Fluent users of MS Excel, MS Office, Power BI are preferred

What will be your key responsibilities?
• Support Sr. Intercompany Analyst:
• Ensure the correctness of accounting for incoming and outgoing invoices for goods and various types of services in Atlas
• Ensure the verification of the correctness of invoicing and payments
• Ensure the correct reflection of services and goods in transit and balances with sister companies.
• Support Royalties process.
