Financial Services Analyst Payroll & Travel/Expenses

Job Description:
Support Payroll and Travel & Expenses processes across Central Eurasia countries, including supervision of calculations of Payroll, Payroll Taxes and related sociate contributions, support Period Close activities, provide insights for area of responsibility. Supports and maintains the day-to-day activities of all T&E functions including expense reporting, receipt audits, corporate cards, and general policy.

What are we looking for?
• University degree level with background preferably in Economics/Finance.
• 3 year of experience in accounting & finance area
• Experience with financial systems (e.g. SAP/Atlas, Helios)
• Fluent English
• Advanced Russian
• Advanced users of MS Excel, MS Office, Power BI, Power Query are preferred
• Good knowledge of US GAAP accounting and control procedures in Payroll area

• Good communication skills and customer focus (incl external communication)
• Labour and tax legislation of Kazakhstan knowledge is a must, Turkish - preferable

What will be your key responsibilities?
Payroll Analyst will be responsible for Payroll, Payroll Tax and Travel & Expenses areas CEA Unit with management of Service providers in Kazakhstan, Georgia, Turkey, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. He/She will assure accuracy of Payroll, Payroll Tax accounting and Travel & Expenses and is acting as compliance governor for all above area across the region.
