What are we looking for?

As a Global Process Owner Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the Global Process Owner team in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of critical business processes. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment while gaining valuable hands-on experience in process management.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Business as Usual Activities: Assist in the day-to-day operations of global processes, including data analysis, reporting, and process documentation.
  • Provide support to process owners and stakeholders in addressing process-related inquiries and issues.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and suggesting solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Work on specific CI projects assigned by the Global Process Owner team.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvement plans, including process redesign, automation, and standardization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of CI initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, HR or IT.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in process management and continuous improvement.
