Responsibilities:
- Support implementing People Strategies & Plans that attract, develop and retain employees to support the organizational short- and long-term business needs to drive competitive advantage
- Partner up with business leaders to leverage engagement and organizational needs
- Execute the talent acquisition process at local level and lead orientation and the onboarding process
- Cascade Global Talent and Learning Agenda in the market
- Ensure Performance and Talent Management drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development
- Coordinate internal communication processes for news around people and organization,
- Provide consultancy and support to the respective business account managers regarding HR systems, processes and policies, promote the use of the HR tools
- Act as an People consultant for employees
- Executing daily and periodically HR Admin & Reporting activities and supporting projects, such as:
- Coordination of medical insurance (contracts, addendums, consultations)
- Maintaining the Workday, Global People System, and 1C up to date.
- Preparing monthly reports for service providers, coordinating with all participants in the payment process for services (including incentives, leave balance, pension etc)
- Keeping internal HR procedures updated according to local legislation and company policies, contribute to their consistency across all operating units as well as SOX controls preparation
- HR vendors contracts management (tenders, track, updates)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferably from HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering and other related departments,
- Min. 5 years of experience in Human Resources processes, experience in recruitment, training & development, business partnership is a must
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Kazakh, and Russian with excellent communication skills
- Effective communication, interpersonal and coordination skills to work in a multicultural environment
- Problem solving skills to be able to work in a multi-task environment
- Strong analytical thinking skills with excellent process management
- Open minded, creative and eager to for self-development
- Labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulatory legal acts, the process of maintaining and managing personal files of employees, registration of pensions, maintaining workbooks and concluding employment contracts with experience in 1C system
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and data management skills
