The Team and Your Role:

Step by step, build strong brand communities on social networks in order to receive a continuous flow of customers. Find opportunities for growth in regions and countries by interacting not only with global social networks, but also with local popular platforms.

The SMM manager should have strong knowledge of all key social media platforms (especially META, TikTok, YouTube). Be ready for new ideas and experiments that come along and also independently find and create something new. Be an expert in your region - know what’s trending, what works/doesn’t work, understand the audience that uses social networks.

You will:

• Create a strategy of multiple social accounts;

• Study the market needs in the region and adapt the community development strategy to this;

• Work closely with regional teams (sales, customer service);

• Developing comprehensive content plans in line with goals;

• Generating TORs for content writers, designers;

• Analyzing social media performance.

You have:

• At least 3 years of experience in SMM;

• Successful cases of promoted accounts that bring profit to the company;

• Experience with a variety of content (texts, static banners, videos);

• Understanding of social media features and trends.+

• Excellent command of English language
