Influence Marketing Manager

NovaKid is a rapidly growing online English school dedicated to providing top-tier education for children aged 4-12 worldwide. With a mission to create the best online education platform for young learners, NovaKid currently serves over 80,000 students across more than 40 countries, all supported by a team of 2,500 dedicated teachers.

Job responsibilities:

Influencer Onboarding and Campaign Management

• Explore, Identify and onboard influencers aligned with Novakid’s goals.
• Offer CPA-based affiliate partnerships with clear payment structures.
• Foster strong relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Meet KPIs for monthly and quarterly purchases.

Campaign Planning and Execution

• Prepare briefs, promos, and content guidelines for influencer campaigns.
• Ensure timely and quality execution of campaigns.
• Monitor publications to maximize visibility and impact.
• Collaborate with other marketing teams to create cross-promotional opportunities with influencers.
• Work closely with the Influencer Manager for Europe to align goals, sort influencers into affiliate and organic categories, and secure offers that serve the KPIs of both fixed and CPA influencer marketing.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Analyze and report influencer performance metrics (acquisitions, reach, views, ER%).
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Influencers Lead.
• Use data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Strategic Development

• Research trends to refine influencer strategies.
• Test innovative approaches in underutilized regions.
• Align campaigns with broader marketing objectives.

Relationship Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for influencers.
• Provide necessary resources and support for campaigns.
• Build an engaged community of Novakid advocates.

You have…

• Successful track of work experience in the field with cases/portfolio;
• Experience in Romania targeted projects would be considered a plus;
• C1 English level;
• Great team player;
• Proactive;
• Any European language at B2 level would be a plus, we are ready to give ++ for strong Romanian
