Junior HR Generalist

Your Impact:

• Be the go-to person for employee inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and fostering a positive employee experience.
• Maintain and manage accurate employee records across HRIS, personnel files, and timekeeping systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive employee lifecycle processes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations, while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs, creating a welcoming and efficient experience for new team members.
• Guide managers through performance appraisals and assist in creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to support employee growth.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives, empowering employees to enhance their skills and reach their full potential.

About You:

• Experience: Previous internship or hands-on experience in HR roles, demonstrating foundational knowledge of HR processes.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a knack for problem-solving and teamwork.
• Professionalism: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
