Support Service Specialist with knowledge of Turkish
Millions of people use smart devices every day. On the rare occasion something doesn't work as it should, our dedicated support team is there to assist. We’re looking for attentive, tactful professionals who can respond to users and solve their problems.
If you have no prior experience, don’t worry! We provide comprehensive training on the technical aspects of the role and how our products work.
Tasks that await you:
- respond to emails and chat messages;
- help users resolve issues they may have with their smart devices;
- forward information to developers and managers so they can further improve our product;
- collaborate with other departments for additional support when necessary.
We expect that you:
- are familiar with technical subjects, including various jacks and router connectivity issues;
- are able to structure detailed responses while demonstrating strong analytical and logical reasoning;
- have competence in navigating large volumes of information and pinpointing key details;
- are proficient in English at the B2+ level or above;
- are proficient in Turkish at C2 level or above.
It'd be a plus if you:
- possess expertise in customer engagement with a high level of emotional intelligence;
- have work experience in a support service for at least 3 months;
- are fluent in Russian.
We offer:
- the freedom to work remotely from any location in Russia with a stable internet connection;
- a flexible work schedule of at least 40 hours per week (this may include weekends);
- stable income from RUB 50,000 (after tax) on average at full employment. Remuneration is task-based and varies according to the number of tasks completed and goals achieved (KPI). Bonus up to 30%;
- paid online training.
