We are expanding our HR Team and looking for a dynamic Training and Adaptation Specialist to lead the charge in revamping our Learning Management System (LMS) and driving seamless employee onboarding. This role will also oversee the Methodist for Business Processes scope, which involves shaping how we document and streamline operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Structure Employee Learning Programs: Lead the development of interactive courses, training materials, and onboarding programs that ensure employees are empowered with the skills they need to succeed.
- Own the Business Processes Scope: As the Methodist for Business Processes, you will document, standardize, and optimize workflows across departments, translating them into easy-to-understand training materials.
- Product-Oriented Approach & Cust-Dev Mentality: Grasp the core requests from stakeholders and deliver the appropriate training, material, document, schema, or algorithm that meets business needs.
- Create and Manage the LMS: Keep our Learning Management System up to date with relevant, high-quality materials that cover everything from standard procedures to advanced skills.
- Onboarding and Employee Journey: Design a tailored adaptation experience for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process with clear guidelines and milestones.
- Build Knowledge Assessments: Develop tests and checkpoints to ensure employees grasp and implement company procedures effectively.
- Coordinate Company-Wide Trainings: Organize regular learning events and courses for upskilling employees across all departments.
- Proactively Improve Processes: Continuously seek and propose new ways to improve training content and business processes, aligning them with the latest industry standards.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Experience: 2+ years in training, adaptation, and business process structuring. Proven track record of building and managing LMS and training systems.
- Skillset: Expertise in creating instructional materials, onboarding programs, and interactive learning experiences. Strong background in organizing and optimizing business processes.
- Product-Oriented & Cust-Dev Focus: Ability to understand stakeholder requirements and transform them into clear, functional trainings and processes that directly address their needs.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with popular AI tools is a must, along with experience using task management systems like Bitrix, LMS platforms, and fluency in English (B2+/C1).
- Soft Skills: Empathy, proactive thinking, problem-solving, and strong organizational skills. You’re detail-oriented and have a knack for translating complex processes into simple, effective training.

Зарабатывать можно. Конечно, в крупных компаниях в штате по деньгам будет лучше (и спокойнее), но корелляция между трудозатратами и деньгами не самая плохая. Чем ниже твои компетенции, тем выгоднее будет эта корелляция.
Наработанной базы знаний нет (ну или за два года суммарной работы я про нее не слышал) - каждый проект начинается фактически с нуля.
Уровни компетенций сотрудников очень низкие. Есть очень сильные ребята, но их нагружают параллельно на нескольких проектах так, что они нигде не успевают отработать хорошо.
В целом вся система заточена на закрытие часов у заказчика, так что перфекционистам и ответственно относящимся к результатам своей работы будет очень неуютно. Если, конечно, не считать результатом закрытые часы, тогда все гармонично складывается.
