**Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On Site) - Relocation support can be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced analysis on various marketing efforts to gauge performance, impact and effectiveness against the desired results
  • Act as the subject matter expert on marketing attribution with the ability to articulate results and the value proposition of marketing decisions
  • Perform complex statistical analysis, prepare summary of findings, causes and present recommendations
  • Analyze and extract relevant information about user acquisition funnel and behavior, from both structured and unstructured data, to better understand and enhance our media buying strategy and execution
  • Partner with our technical teams to deliver a scalable long term attribution solution
  • Mine data (structured & unstructured) to detect patterns, opportunities and insights that drive our user acquisition strategy and execution
  • Manage and maintain a high level of modelling and analytical integrity
  • Build and own all attribution and marketing mix models used to measure performance between offline and direct marketing channels
  • Work with marketing groups to define success criteria for marketing campaigns across marketing channels
  • Recommend A/B tests and experiments, and manage analytics testing queue based on broader company goals and strategy
  • Analyse, review, diagnose and quality-check modelled results, in order to ensure the continued-value creation and business relevance of the marketing mix model
  • Track and analyze attribution research to determine the accuracy and success of attribution strategies
  • Design, develop and evaluate advanced predictive and models with a focus on media buying
  • Develop and track key KPIs and communicate marketing and brand performance results

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in Marketing Analytics or Analytics field
  • Telecommunication/E-commerce/Delivery industry experience is preferred
  • Strong SQL background (all join types, aggregate and window functions, CTEs, table management [DDL], etc.)
  • Strong business foundation to apply data science methodologies to business problems
  • Hands-on experience in applied mathematical/statistical algorithms, optimization methods and statistical & quantitative modeling
  • Knowledgeable in market-mix modeling, ROI modeling, and modeling value and business cases
  • Solid knowledge of marketing science techniques
  • Experience with XML/JSON/APIs
  • Familiarity with data visualization
  • Superior problem solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Understanding of enterprise level web analytics tools and underlying data (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics 360, Web Trends)
  • Experience in standard and advanced analytical methods including linear models, non-linear methods, time series, conditional likelihood methods, and adaptive modeling techniques
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written)
