Salesforce Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong background in testing Salesforce applications and integrations. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Salesforce-related projects thorough testing, collaboration with the development team, and effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications, integrations, and configurations.
- Perform functional, regression, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for Salesforce-related projects and customizations.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure proper testing coverage and understand project requirements.
- Identify, report, and track defects using appropriate tracking tools in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct integration testing with third-party applications connected to Salesforce.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards during testing processes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide clear and concise test results, status reports, and bug reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure the Salesforce platform functions as intended after any enhancements, updates, or patches.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA).
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystem QA.
- Proficiency in manual testing within Salesforce applications.
- Expertise in creating and maintaining test plans and test cases for Salesforce-related projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders effectively.
