Mid-Level UI/UX Designer (Design System Development)

Now we are lookig for a talented and creative Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our UI component library.

Please note: this role is available on-site in our office in Armenia or remotely from Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Development of a UI component library for the web – improving the UI/UX of existing components and developing new ones.

• Creating components in Figma.

• Close collaboration with the development team and product manager.

• Supporting the icon library, drawing new icons.

• Assisting developers with design implementation, quality control of the implementation.

• Developing demonstration resources for the component library.

• Designing for marketing tasks.

• Participating in design department activities.

• Assisting with design tasks for HR.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Experience in developing component libraries, design systems, understanding design tokens.

• Experience in developing complex web services for business (CRM, ERP systems) is required.

• Experience working in a team, understanding team processes.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Figma (components, variants, variables).

• A portfolio with examples of excellent interfaces.

• Understanding of modern design systems.

• Understanding of the web platform and the ability to communicate in terms of HTML and CSS.

• Knowledge of accessibility requirements (WCAG) and the designer's contribution to meeting them.

We expect you to demonstrate all the listed knowledge and skills during the interview.

Nice to have:

• A technical background is a big plus. Our company has an engineering DNA, so basic knowledge of reading code and programming will help you better integrate into the company culture.
