What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a microfinance organization.
• Deep understanding of microfinance and business management.
• Proven success in online/retail lending (microfinance sector).
• Strong business development and strategy-building skills.
• High level of responsibility and self-organization.
• Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
• Skilled in negotiations and defending business positions.
• Conversational English skills (ability to communicate effectively in English in a business environment).

As our Operations Manager, you will:

• Leverage your expertise in microfinance and online/retail lending to drive operational excellence.
• Develop and execute business strategies that ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
