Responsibilities: - hard cases with clients negotiations,
- providing solutions and solving communication issues with clients and drivers,
- checking logistics paperwork,
- solving issues with domestic and international shipments,
- solving issues with intercompany departments miscommunication.
- English Intermediate level and higher,
- high personal standards,
- ability to work under the pressure,
- previous working experience is not required
Conditions: - Comfortable and modern office;
- working days 5/2, from 18:00 to 04:00 (EST TIME)
- Corporate events and team buildings to celebrate the victories and achievements of the team and the company;
- Training according to the internal corporate program;
- English lessons at the expense of the company;
- Improvement of the level of Customer Service in English;
- Taxi reimbursement.
