Special Projects & Verticals Safety Lead

Special Projects & Verticals Safety Lead is a role whose main task will be to lead projects aimed at improving safety metrics in the inDrive service, focusing on reducing incidents and enhancing safety perception

Safety Projects & Features:

• Carry out a wide range of safety projects, relating to product/tool rollouts and policy/process updates that are required for user safety.
• Collect business requirements and work with engineers to facilitate technical solutions based on priority and impact.
• Measure for impact – work with market research, conduct A/B tests, iterate, and measure your projects’ effectiveness.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders, including business development, legal, and product teams, to integrate safety initiatives and requirements.
• Monitoring and analyzing safety metrics and incident data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement. Serving as a liaison between different teams to promote a safety culture and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Safety Incidents:

• Support the Incident Response team when managing critical safety cases and intervene when necessary to ensure customer care is being provided at the correct level;
• Actively review safety cases and perform case studies to identify solutions to prevent/mitigate scenarios from occurring again;
• Analyze current processes to identify gaps in a timely manner and work with other teams to address these issues.

• Required qualifications include 3-5 years of prior professional experience as a program/project manager, Trust & Safety specialist, or in a supervisory role within an incidents handling team.
• English - Advanced, Fluent.

• Computer Skills

  • Atlassian, Miro, Figma
  • Good knowledge of any SQL dialect for writing complex queries (preferably experience with Big Query), excellent knowledge of Excel;

• Administrative Skills

  • Proven capability to scope, plan, and organize
