Responsibilities: - Looking for new International clients;
- Controlling the booking process;
- Communication with customers & carriers;
- Preparing docs needed for the shipments , updating customers and so on.
- 1-3 years experience in customer service (preferable);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills;
- Professional aptitude and presentation;
- Experience in sales for at least 1 year.
- Training classes;
- Working days 5/2, from 17:00 to 03:00;
- USA busy time;
- Friendly young collective;
- Comfortable office in the city center;
- Taxi reimbursement;
- An attractive salary level commensurate with experience and skills;
- Work isn't remote.
