In-app Media Buyer

The IRIS is an international digital marketing agency, with a HQ located in the heart of Minsk. We work in the field of Mobile Marketing / Online Marketing / Ad Tech / Affiliate Marketing. We are helping big brands around the world like CBS or Twitter in generating new users for their apps and are generating leads for all kinds of Insurance, Sport betting, Traveling or Gambling advertisers.

We are looking for a results-driven In-App Media Buyer to join our team! If you have experience with platforms like Unity, Vungle, Ironsource, or Applovin, and you're eager to scale performance marketing campaigns, this is your chance to grow with us.

Requirements

• Proven experience in media buying for mobile apps using platforms such as Unity, Vungle, Ironsource, Applovin, or similar.
• Deep understanding of the mobile performance marketing ecosystem.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
• Experience working with KPIs like ROAS, CPI, and CPA.
• Familiarity with tracking tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, and etc).
• At least an upper-intermediate level of English, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and optimize in-app marketing campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
• Manage budgets efficiently across multiple platforms.
• Analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad creatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ad network representatives.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and changes in the mobile advertising industry.
