As a rapidly growing company in the hardware wallet manufacturing sector, we are preparing for an exciting phase of expansion into the markets. To ensure our commercial success and accelerate our growth, we need a visionary Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our sales, marketing, and business development efforts. The CCO will play a critical role in driving revenue, shaping our market strategy, and positioning us as a leader in the industry as we bring our innovative products to market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the strategy and operational processes, including both large and small-scale sales.
- Develop a go-to-market strategy for the current product and create a unique value proposition.
- Manage the budget and participate in pricing strategy development.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance teams.
- Lead negotiations with top management and present the product.
- Oversee document management and reporting processes.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Commercial Director in the IT sector (Web3 and blockchain) at least 3 years;
- Experience in building effective sales department processes, including B2B and B2C sales in international markets;
- High level of responsibility, initiative, and creativity in finding new sales management tools and achieving results.
