Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the accurate processing of securities transactions;
- Verify transaction data for accurate input into systems, and resolve any issues that come up during processing;
- Set up, validate, and ensure the accurate charging and deduction of commissions from clients;
- Verify the correctness of expirations, deliveries, and settlements of options;
- Control and monitor errors and inconsistencies in submission and processing of the non-trading orders;
- Collaborate with the reconciliation department to identify and correct potential errors or omissions in the bookkeeping of financial transactions;
- Processing of orders, establishing transactions, and conversions;
- Providing reports, clarifications on non-standard issues;
- Adjustments/checks for current requests, transactions, clients, orders, and tools;
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of securities transaction settlements;
- Coordinate with institutional clients and other departments on investigations, support non-standard setups and arrangements, and handle exceptions to standard transaction routines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics;
- Prior experience in financial services, preferably brokerage, custodial businesses, or financial departments, will be a strong plus;
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with semi-automated spreadsheets;
- Ability to work with large volumes of data;
- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages is a plus;
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on identifying and correcting discrepancies in financial transactions and processes;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments (IT, Reconciliation, etc.);
- Working command of Russian and English languages.
