Product/Project Manager for FinTech

As our Product Manager, you will take part in the development of our main payment product and be responsible for:

• Creating and launching new features for our payment product and its sub-products to keep us competitive in the fintech market.
• Conducting feedback sessions to gather insights and refine the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on data and analytics.
• Working with different teams to identify and implement product improvements that meet market demands and customer needs.

What We Expect:

• Ability to analyze and model business processes with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of product development architecture and the ability to dive deep into complex technical details
• Ability to form clear, actionable, and testable requirements while working closely with IT, Account Managers, Business Development managers, and other related departments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain complex concepts to different stakeholders.
• Proficiency in handling large data sets with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of design concepts and user interface design principles with experience in Figma.
• Proficiency in data analytics, including SQL/JQL.
• Expertise in business process modeling, optimization, and automation with a background in business or system analysis.
