Support Manager (with knowledge of Brazilian Portuguese)

We are currently looking for a Support Manager with knowledge of Portuguese.
Tasks:
- User support in Portuguese
- Resolving user problems in online chat
- Communicating product feedback
- Communicating problems and incidents to the product team
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Portuguese
- Proficiency in English and/or Russian at B2 level or higher
- One year of experience in providing user support
- Experience with social media advertising
- Experience in arbitrage or understanding of the field is desirable
- Experienced PC user
- Knowledge of Spanish would be a plus
Conditions of employment:
- Remote-only. We have a distributed team from all over the world, but this does not prevent us from maintaining warm relations. Online games, quests and events like Random coffee help us with this;
- Work schedule: 5/2 (floating days off), from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Moscow time)
